Privacy & Terms.

1. Ethical Data Minimization

We believe in "Human Intelligence," not data hoarding. Vitruvian HI only collects professional information necessary to evaluate your candidacy for specific roles.

Our Promise:

We **never** request sensitive identifiers such as Social Security Numbers, Government IDs, or Dates of Birth during the recruitment phase. If you are asked for this information by someone claiming to be Vitruvian HI, please report it immediately.

2. California Consumer Privacy (CPRA)

In strict compliance with the CPRA, we provide the following transparency for California residents and all global users:

  • No Sale of Data: Vitruvian HI does not, and will never, sell your personal information to third parties.
  • No Profiling: We do not use automated "dark" profiling to make final hiring decisions; our process is led by humans.
  • Right to Opt-Out: While we do not sell data, you have the right to restrict the sharing of your professional info at any time.

3. Global Standards (GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA)

We apply the highest common denominator of global privacy laws to all users, regardless of their location:

  • Consent: We process your CV and contact info based on your explicit consent given at the time of application.
  • Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the professional data we hold in our proprietary ATS.
  • The Right to be Forgotten: Upon request, we will permanently delete your records from our system within 30 days.

4. Data Retention

We retain professional profiles only as long as necessary to fulfill recruitment objectives or until you request deletion. Our technology is designed with encryption-at-rest to ensure your professional history remains secure.
